Most of the filter needs supporter  or known as core. The perforated tubes are the most common one for such  application. Such tubes are produced in forms of spiral welded and straight seam  welded by butt or overlap. The spiral welded tubes are becoming popular more and  more because of higher resistance.

Carbon steel, tin plate, stainless  steel, aluminum, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium is the most common raw  materials. The cores we are  supplying:

          ●  Precise rolling  - Hold tight tolerances or improve appearance and against high external  pressure;

           ●  Plating - Prevent corrosion for mild  steel/carbon steel;

           ●  Degrease, sand grinding;   

           ●  Acid washing and  passivating; 

           ●  Electro-polish to  the stainless steel tubes.

           ●  Coated by PVC,  epoxy and many others according to the requirements.
